PRICE IN US D  PER ROOM/NIGHT DOUBLE ACCUPANCY

NOTE :

TERM AND CONDITION

1.     The rates are net inclusive 21% government tax and service charge, Daily Breakfast,non commissionable.

2.     All price are in US D Exchange rate following up date rate

3.     Check in time is 14.00 hours & check out time is 12.00 hours

4.     No show : in the event that the individual does not arrive, the tour Agent shall be held responsible for payment computed as the equivalent for the full length of stay.

5.     Cancellation policy :

-    Normal season        :  less than 21 days prior to arrival, 1 night room charge will be applied

-    High & Peak season :  within 45 days prior to arrival, full stay room charge will be applied.

- Group cancellation must be advised by 60 days prior to the arrival date to avoid the group cancellation fee (total rooms booked x total room nights)

6.     Children policy  :

-    For children 12 years old and under : complimentary used a maximum 1 extra bed per room if sharing with their parents (not recommended in Deluxe Room)

-    Maximum 1 child under 5 years old is free of charge

-    Maximum 1 child up to 12 years old is 50% off the meals rate, except for New Year’s Eve Dinner

-    Children meal policy applicable for buffet meals and accompanied by parents

8.     Day use :  rooms hold until 6.00 pm are charged 50% off the  contracted rates and the confirmation is subject to availability. All rooms held after 6.00 pm will be charged a full night accommodation.

9.     Deposit : you might be requested to provide advance deposit/full prepayment during a certain period considered by Made's Bali Adventures.

10.SURCHARGE

    There will be peak season surcharge and high season SurchargeThe high season periods are defined as follows:   July 01st, – August 31,The peak season periods are defined as follows: December 23rd,  -  January 10th,
